ORDERS

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract between you and Libre Rogue is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, for example if an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error, payment has not been authorised or we suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Please make sure the information you provide when ordering, including your email and delivery address, is correct.

PRODUCTS

We do our best to display our products, colours and images as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Product availability and quantities may be limited and products may sell out without notice.

All products supplied by Libre Rogue are subject to your statutory consumer rights, including the requirement that goods are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before your order can be processed.

We may change our prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

DELIVERY

Available delivery options, estimated times and charges will be displayed at checkout.

We will aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the times stated on our website. Occasionally delays may occur outside our reasonable control.
